Установка для сооружения буро-набивных свай B125

Гидравлическая установка для сооружения буро-набивных свай B125 является результатом тридцатилетнего опыта в разработке оборудования для сооружения фундаментов глубокого заложения. Буровая установка B125 является наиболее эргономической (удобной в использовании и обслуживании) в строительной индустрии.

Обласью применения B125 является сооружение буро-набивных свай. Наибольшая эффективнось этой модели достигается при использовании длинного (непрерывного) шнека. Установка может быть также использована для стабилизации и укрепления грунтов.

Телескопическая подвеска гусеничного хода позволяет: уменьшить ширину установки для транспортировки, и увеличить ширину для обеспечения стабильности. Ширина гусениц обеспечивает низкое давление на грунт.

Casagrande's B125 hydraulic piling rig is the result of three decades of experience in creating equipment for construction of geotechnical structures.

The B125 is Casagrande's most economical hydraulic piling rig. It is designed: to build caissons, other piling using the continuous-flight auger (CFA) technique, and for jet grouting.

The B125s are tough, powerful machines, compact and highly maneuverable, designed for easy transportation and for quick mobilization and demobilization. The undercarriages are telescopic. They can be easily retracted to standard transportation widths. On site, they are extended to provide excellent stability. The track shoes are designed to exert low ground pressures and, coupled with the two powerful drive motors, they ensure good mobility on the most difficult job sites.
