Гидравлическая гусеничная буровая установка С8

С8 яаляется естественным продолжением серии установок для бурения скважин малого диаметра. Эта наибольшая в серии буровая установка переняла лучшие качества известной модели С6, такие как надежность и неприхотливость.

Областью применения буровой установки С8 является сооружение грунтовых анкеров и микросвай. Установка является особо еффективной для технологий стабилизации и укрепления грунта. (Компания Casagrande выпускает полную линию оборудования для работ по укреплению грунтов).

Закрепление направляющей мачты на поворотном круге позводяет легко установить мачту в заданном направлении в особо стесненных условиях строительной площадки. Длинна мачты позволяет бурение на глубину до 27м за один проход. Мощность установленного двигателя Deutz BF6L 913 позволяет использование нескольких типов вращателей(включая сдвоенную). При этом, вращатели могут быть оборудованны замком для наращиваемых буровых штанг или клиньевым захватом для разовой проходки.

Для обеспечения безопасности буровая установка С8 оснащена несколькими устройствами аварийной остановки. Подвижные части оснащены защитными кожухами или барьерами.

The C8 is at the top of the range of small bore drilling rigs produced by Casagrande. It is the natural extension to the firmly established C6 unit which has set standards for small bore drilling on construction sites throughout the world.

The C8 is designed to tackle the larger project but retains the same qualities of robustness and versatility of the C6. The C8 is generally used for constructing Anchors and Micropiles and is particularly suited to jet grouting; its long mast enables boreholes as deep as 27m to be drilled with one pass drilling. A ring gear connects the rig's upper structure to the undercarriage, a concept which makes the machine highly manoeuvrable and makes setting up easy even on the most confined sites.

The powerful diesel engine Deutz BF6L 913 mounted on the C8 enables a wide range of rotary heads, as well as twin rotary heads, to be mounted on its mast. The same heads can be fitted with hydraulic drifters for overburden drilling or with drill string chucks for one pass drilling. Options such as carousels, soundproofing, flushing pumps, etc. can also be accommodated on the rig.

Safety features of the rig include a number of emergency stop devices and protective barriers to all moving parts.
